The Top 10 Ways that Quality Strategies Create Attract-able Enterprise.Category: Corporate, Organizational Issues, Competition (AC39)Originally Submitted on 9/12/97. In a world full of competitive pressures, creating attract-able enterprise is a business core competency. 1. Understand that quality begins with a mindset or attitude. 2. Know that pull strategies are becoming key to doing business in the new millennium. 3. High quality is usually identified with high satisfaction among customers. 4. Satisfaction drives demand. 5. Demand drives demand as long as high quality is present. 6. Attract-able enterprise finds that capital, customers and high quality employees are attracted by virtue of the success of high quality systems, design and function. 7. Attract-ability is a spiral. In other words it can be created and enhanced through using quality processes. 8. Quality is not just about doing things right, it is about doing the right things at the right time for the right people. 9. Be discriminant about who you plan to serve and the markets you enter--always maintain quality over quantity. 10. Growth can be an enemy of quality and attract-ability. Growth should come from the leverage of quality systems and not the desire to sell more products and services. If you grow too fast, you outgrow your systems and your ability to maintain high quality. It will reduce your attract-ability in the future--increasing costs and lowering success in all ways!
