The Top 10 Benefits of Using the Coaching for Success Software

The Coach for Success software from TTI (Target Training International) is based on the DISC Language developed from the work of Dr. William Moulton Marston and Dr. Carl Jung. It is not a personality test, but rather a highly accurate measurement of behavior and emotion that can and does assist a Coach in cutting months off the time it normally takes to know a Client's behavior!

1. The Coach obtains an accurate picture of the client (individuals or groups) in record time!

The CFS software enables a Coach to cut up to several months off the time it would otherwise take to learn a client's behavior/emotional patterns. Unlike many other assessment instruments (such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) the DISC graphs make it possible to obtain a picture of the client's "masked" (or adapted) behavior on the job, as well as their "basic" or core behavioral type. After speaking with several therapists, coaches, pastors and others who use other instruments, this author also believes that the CFS program is far more user-friendly (for both coach and client) than other materials.

2. The Client obtains an accurate picture of him/her self!

The CFS software is based on the DISC Language - a univsersal language of human behavior based upon the work of Dr. William Moulton Marston and Dr. Carl Jung in the 1920's. Marston's 1928 text, "The Emotions of Normal People" is at the root of this work; together with William Bonstetters' work in the early to mid 1980's in producing the basis of the assessment software we now have so readily available.

3. The Coach who has little or no business or corporate experience now has entree into these arenas via these behavioral assesment tools!

These instruments are backed by all the validation studies necessary to ensure that their results have never been challenged in court, and meet or exceed every EEOC guideline (in fact, the EEO utilizes these tools themselves as a TTI client!). These reports have a 91% validity rate overall, and written validation study data is available from the manufacturer's headquarters. Based on the client's responses in 24 areas of the Style Analysis Form, the CFS software generates almost 40,000 possible combinations that appear in any of 384 possible graphs -- which accounts for the high degree of validity and accuracy!

5. Additional training and support is available!

The coach who purchases the CFS Software is not left alone! Follow-up training is available from TTI both on site, and in the form of Home Study courses for Certification. In addition, there is always personal assistance available from TTI's headquarters in Arizona.

6. A new Coach U SIG is now available!

The Coaching for Success SIG is headed by Robert Alderman, who serves as the liason between TTI and Coach University. This software is based on the work of a German psychologist, teacher and philosopher named Eduard Spranger (1882-1963) and makes this determination against national mean scores in six different areas: Theoretical, Utilitarian, Aesthetic, Social, Individualistic and Traditional. A home study course leading to certification is also available in the area of Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values.

8. The Software generates a variety new streams of income!
