A belief that you can be who you are and not what you want others to think you are. 3. You no longer have to protect yourself or others from knowing the truth. It was the lie that told you the truth was so bad you had to hide it. 4. You no longer have to get the world to change to make you okay. 5. Normality is not in what you want others to think about you. It is innately in you ready to be embraced. 6. You no longer have to protect others with a little white lie, for twisting yourself never protected another. 7. You can be you and allow light to be shed in places you have made dark. 8. You can quit catastrophizing what others think and begin doing what you think is best. 9. 'You shall know the truth and the truth will make you free.' 10. An honest look at yourself is not impossible. It's only hard... at first.
