Be a coach when you're 20 because you have all the enthusiasm in the world. 2. Be a coach when you're 25 because all your friends will be needing one by then. 3. Be a coach when you're 30 because you are involved in a Rite of Passage yourself and beginning to consider your responsibility in the world for making a contribution. 4. Be a coach when you're 35 because your friends will be going through the transitions of divorce, career burn out, step children, stress and other unresolved issues they've been sweeping under the rug that are now demanding attention. 5. Be a coach at 40 because you can help all your friends with the Mid Life Crisis. 6. Be a coach at 45 and help your friends with their teenagers and aging parents and friends who need to move into a career that is meaningful. 7. Be a coach at 50 because you can't get any more for yourself, it's time to start giving back. 8. Be a coach at 55 because by now you've learned enough to know that everyone could use a good coach every now and then. 9. Be a coach at 60 so you'll stay young yourself and create a friendly world for yourself as your less fortunate friends begin to leave the planet. 10.
