1. Relax.

Chances are that you are somewhat wound up from being out of flow. You probably have increased anxiety and your body is tense. You need to relax in order to get in touch with your inner self, where the answers lie. Being relaxed will help you to get in touch with your inner self and your intuition. Be patient with yourself.

2. Center yourself.

Bring yourself back to your center using any technique that works for you. Meditation is an example of a good centering technique. You might try exercising, going for a walk, or lighting a candle and sitting quietly. Have some quiet time and get in touch with any feelings of discontent you may be experiencing from being out of Flow. What are the feelings trying to tell you? Ask the Universe for direction and clarity. Take some time every day to stop and center yourself.

3. Stop worrying and regain trust in the Universe.

Easier said than done, I know. Remind yourself that you create your own reality. You are in control and you can have the life you desire. Think about other times the Universe supported you when you weren't sure how you were going to pull through. Trust that the Universe has your Higher Good in mind and is not 'out to get you.'

4. Increase your energy level.

This will get you past the tired and listless feelings of being out of Flow. Try eating better, sleeping more, and exercising. Practice extreme self-care. Spend a day doing something you absolutely love! Have a massage. Laugh.

5. Stop resisting.

Stop trying harder (all that extra effort wasn't getting you anywhere anyways) and open your mind and your heart. Take a good look at what is working and what is not working in your life. Once you stop resisting and pushing against the Flow, and you are relaxed and trusting, your direction will become clearer. Follow your intuition and a shift will start taking place.

6. Think about the message in the repeating patterns.

Think about the repeating patterns that have been occurring in your life and what they are trying to tell you. If you think about it and you are honest with yourself you can figure this out. Allow your intuition to guide you. If you are really stuck, ask your coach to help.

7. Get in touch with what you really need.

The Universe is trying to tell you something – probably a change of some sort needs to take place in your life. Chances are very high that you are aware of what this change is, even if you are scared about it. Be honest with yourself. What do you really need?

8. Make your heart happy.

Think about things you love and that bring you joy. Make your heart happy and remind yourself that life is a joyous blessing! Experience happiness in the present.

9. Think about what you want.

Focus your thoughts and energy on what you want and NOT on what you DON'T want. What we resist persists! What you think about plays a part in creating your future. Stay focused on where you are going and what it feels like to be there. Stay focused and you'll find yourself there.

10. Work with a coach (or other professional) to identify better goals and actions.

A coach can help you determine what is 'off' in your life; what the source of the conflict is and how it may be manifesting in your life. A coach will support you and encourage you in identifying conflicts, goals and taking action to transition through change. A coach can also help you figure out the patterns of your life, help you to relax, and help you to get in touch with your intuition. Be sure to keep an open mind and consider all possibilities.
