1. Rub the inside of your palm when stressed.

2. Rub the bottoms of your feet to stimulate circulation and improve blood supply to internal organs.

3. Take a mental diet from worry for one month.

4. Get your bedroom to just the right temperature and no matter what it takes, get the best mattress you can afford.

5. Find someone who is struggling harder than you are and support them emotionally.

It will come back to you.

6. Give yourself the first 10%.

7. Take the phone off the hook after dinner.

8. Find a support group, formal or informal.

9. Invest in yourself: clothes, classes, experiences and adventures.

10. Read some biographies so you keep your own life in perspective.
