Introduction

The goal is not simply to lose weight, but to regain health, energy, vitality and optimism!

The Coaching Tip

Most people fail at dieting because they focus on the goal of losing weight. But why do they want to lose weight? To feel the same as they currently do? To retain the same limitations they currently have? To conserve the same level of unhealthiness?

Most weight loss regimens end up in failure, leading to even greater frustration because people lose sight of their priorities, and the big picture!

The causes of failure:

The program is too complicated [learning about foods and nutrition]
The program leads to depleted energy levels
The program involves unhealthy nutrition
The program enables weight loss but reduces general health and well-being
The program either focuses on the wrong things, or allows the participant to lose proper focus

The keys to successful weight loss:

Find an excellent nutrional program [designed by Doctors and nutrition experts], that is simple to use [not requiring complex caloric computations], that promotes greater health [enhancing and improving general nutrition], that provides greater energy levels [more efficient utilization of nutritional intake], that does not require cessation of all normal eating habits [allows normal, sensible meals, and even some splurging], and that produces a greater sense of well-being [success in regaining health and vitality].

Follow the program consistently.

Utilize a mentor or enabler to maximize the benefits of your program, who helps you to

Keep focused on the deeper reasons [motivation] for desiring weight loss.

Go Ahead And Succeed:

If you have an excellent nutritional program, if you have good, powerful motivation, if you remain consistent, and if you allow someone to help you keep focused, you cannot help but be successful in weight loss. Success must be measured not just in weight loss, but by increased health, higher energy levels, and greater vitality for the enjoyment of life!
